All of our cleaners are over 18 years old and have been properly interviewed and satisfactory references have been obtained. After we employ a cleaner they are fully trained in every aspect of their cleaning duties before they are entrusted with the responsibility of cleaning for any of our clients. Within their training we ensure that all of our cleaners are efficient with all of our cleaning equipment, that they are familiar with best practice methods and are aware of all the safety issues they will encounter in any situation, e.g. cleaning windows.
All cleaners wear a uniform with our company name clearly displayed to ensure that they are always presentable and identifiable when working at any client’s business premises. We feel it is very important that our cleaners are smart at all times while representing our organisation..
The key to a successful cleaning operation is management and supervision. All of our contracts are carefully monitored by our management team, who regularly make random site visits to ensure that thecontract specifications are being met, and that all cleaning is being carried out according to the high standards demand. Our management teams are based all over the country, in close proximity to our contract sites. All of our managers are given extensive training prior to commencing their role.
